• Submissions: HSC questions and answers you submit for AI evaluation.
• Results: AI-generated scores, feedback, and metadata (e.g. time of submission).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account Data & Educational Content: Retained for as long as your account is active + up to 2 years after deactivation for audit and dispute resolution.
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated and stored for up to 3 years.
• Deletion Requests: Email hello@maxhsc.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm completion.

• Use of Submissions: By submitting your questions and answers, you consent to their use—anonymized and aggregated where possible—to train, validate, and improve our AI models.
• Scope: We may use both your raw submissions and the AI-generated annotations/scores to refine model accuracy, subject understanding, and feedback quality.
• Opt-Out: If you do not wish your submissions to be used for training, you may email hello@maxhsc.com with "Training Opt-Out" in the subject. We will exclude your future submissions from model-training datasets within 30 days.

11. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in machine-readable format.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Permanently erase your Personal Information (see Section 6).
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications via links in our emails or by contacting hello@maxhsc.com.
• Training Opt-Out: See Section 10 above.

12. Policy Changes & Notice

• We may amend this Policy from time to time.
• Notification: We'll notify you of material changes by email to your registered address and by posting a notice on the site.
